Alfred Hitcock - Vertigo. The Game. Out Now

Alfred Hitchcock - Vertigo
Source: Steam

Alfred Hitchcock is one of my favourite directors, and it’s scandalous that there aren’t enough games out there that have adapted his works. One of the best would be Conway: Disappearance At Dahlia View39 Steps is another recommendation, but Alfred Hitchcock – Vertigo is based on the classic movie, and it’s out now.

A bit of an introduction, and you can see where my interests lie. Still, Pendulo Studio’s narrative adventure is a must for fellow film fans/narrative-led adventurers.

You play Ed Miller in Alfred Hitchcock – Vertigo. He’s a writer who escapes unscathed from a car crash, but his wife and daughter, who he was travelling with, are nowhere to be found. He soon experiences vertigo and undergoes therapy to reveal the truth of what really happened that day.

Alfred Hitchcock – Vertigo is out now on PS5, PS4, the Xboxes, and the Nintendo Switch with a Limited Edition. A North American launch is expected on the 4th of October.
