How many times have you dripped water (and fish poo) on the carpets when changing your water for the second time this week? Fear not – Aquarium Designer is your little sandbox, or waterbox, of tricks. Out on PC now.

As a novice aquascaper, I too have consumed countless YouTube videos and read articles on the best plants, stock, products and colour socks you should be wearing to produce top results. The best experience is getting your hands wet, but this simulator sounds like a rather healthy supplement.

Aquarium Designer - Size matters

From Sigur Studio and Games Operators, you’ll be able to turn your hobby into a business, too, as you accept jobs from clients, helping them build their first aquarium. From goldfish to tropical fish, there’s plenty on offer in Aquarium Designer.

Key features include:

  • Design your own aquarium – choose the shape and size of your fish tank, considering equipment like filters, water conditioners, and air pumps. Finally, throw in some gravel and decorations, but most importantly, make sure it’s functional for its inhabitants.
  • Manage the ecosystem balance – choose from a rich variety of freshwater and creatures, but remember that different species have different needs and require specific conditions.
  • Become a professional – design aquariums for customers, including restaurants, hotels, offices, and wealthy residences, and earn money so you can expand your business.

You can pick the game up now on Steam – have a look at the link below. I will 100% be covering this at some point, it’s just a matter of fitting it in, but it looks ace.
