Is it Lovecraft’s birthday or some sort of Cthulu anniversary? There’s been a lot of Lovecraft on show lately; Innmouth Chronicle Mountains of MadnessLovecraft Tales demo, Lust From Beyond and so on – today’s announcement is Arkham Horror Mother’s Embrace.

An early version of myself would have interpreted that as a Batman reference. Still, as I slowly morph into a slightly obsessive character from these, hopefully, works of fiction, I can’t get enough. Last night’s film was The Void, if you’re interested.

Anyhoo, based on a tabletop game, Arkham Horror Mother’s Embrace is a ‘mystery-thriller tactical RPG‘ from Asmodee Digital and Artefacts Studio, based on Fantasy Flight Games board game, and available now.
