Everyone has, or will be covering Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, but if you’ve been cowering away from Viking raids, here’s the skinny.

Love it or hate it, the Assassin’s Creed franchise continues to pump out a new era or two, and based on the last two major releases, keep it up, homes.

The latest addition is set in the ancient Nordic era and Vikings.

With anticipation building for the next-gen of consoles, Ubisoft is ensuring that their latest is going to be all bells and whistles:

At the moment, the focus is on the Xbox Series X as it is likely to be quite the powerhouse, but Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be coming to all major platforms – sadly, not the Dreamcast.

Our latest ‘constructive murderer’ Eivor will be traipsing across Norway and England, conducting all sorts of shadowy stealth stuff as before, but now with the addition of instigating raids, growing a settlement, building power and expanding your influence.

Like jungle, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is massive.

Due for release in the latter part of 2020, any potential review is likely to be after Christmas – fingers firmly crossed hoping that Father Santa brings it for yours truly.
