Chernobyl’s garnering attention again with Logan Paul wannabee’s spending the maximum number of hours there before their hair falls out. It’s all about the views… Still, save yourself the hassle and bottlenecks at the airport and bookmark Chernobylite.
Developed by The Farm 51 and published by All in! Games, this sci-fi survival, with some horror RPG thrown in, comes to the PC (Steam, GOG and Epic Games Store) next month with the consoles to follow in the summer.
As Igor, a physicist and ex-employee of the Chernobyl Power Plant, you return to the exclusion zone to investigate what happened to his fiancee over 30 years ago. But this adventure isn’t as ‘safe’ as those YouTubers make out.
With a solid military presence and stalkers – not BTS types, but ‘supernatural creatures’ watching your every step, you have to wonder whether it’s worth it? Still, that’s the point of Chernobylite, and boy does this look good.
