Set in the 1920s, it’s a time when bars are getting shut down, with breweries going quiet. It sounds like modern times, only this time it’s an opening for organised crime to step up and control smuggling, black markets, illegal manufacturing, and more.

Covering Chicago, Pittsburgh and Detroit, you’ll be wiping out the competition while maintaining the production chains, resource distribution, smuggling goods and bribing the ol’ bill. City of Gangsters has thought of everything.
