Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues In This Continuation Of The Saga. With Karate
Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues with this: oh wait, that’s the title. Says it on the tin and all that, and if you’re anything like me (a double hard karate bastard), you’ll be drooling that it’s out on PS4 and Xbox One now.

Have you seen Cobra Kai on Netflix yet? If not, why not? Don’t answer – I can’t hear or see you. Well, there is that webcam you left on… No doubt you heard of it when it was on something called YouTube, but nobody saw it. Everyone has seen the Karate Kid though right? Even if it was the kung fu Jackie Chan one.
Anyway, choose one of the two dojos from the story: Daniel’s Miyagi-do or Johnny’s Cobra Kai, then battle it out based on the updated story from the Netflix series.
Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues, from GameMill Entertainment and Maximum Games, is a side-scrolling beat ’em up following on three decades after the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament. While Daniel LaRusso was the winner (spoiler!) and Miyagi-do easily my favourite, older Johnny is just so much cooler. I’m so torn.
There are two endings to the story, so you’ll have to choose both dojos for the ultimate experience. What makes this even better is this is voiced by both Ralph Macchio and William Zabka.
Featuring eight playable characters from each dojo with their own movesets, combos and ultimates, you’ll be able to upgrade their stats via an RPG-like skill tree, maybe similar to 9 Monkeys of Shaolin.

Out now on PS4 and Xbox One, with the game coming to the Switch on the 24th of November. Expect a review for the PS4 soon as I’ll be playing this shortly with the complete focus of beating the crap out of Hawk. You’re welcome.
