Crow Country is almost upon, and SFB Games have confirmed a release date for Steam and the PS5. Now it’s a case of finding your old Reebok Pumps, slapping on some gel, and ensuring your Sony Walkman has enough batteries.

That’s right, gosh darn it—the game is set in 1990, and CDs are making pencils redundant for fixing cassettes (ask your parents). How does this relate to the game? Problem-solving, perhaps? Considering the wonderful storytellers the devs are (I bought Tangle Tower fairly recently), they have a knack for some tricky puzzles—and this is full of them.

In Crow Country, you’re tasked with uncovering the mystery of the abrupt disappearance of Edward Crow, the reclusive owner of the theme park, and in the process, find out that your character, Mara, might have a bit more to do with all this kerfuffle.

We’re really excited to announce the launch date for Crow Country, and I can’t wait for players to finally get their hands on the finished game. This project has been a real labour of love – there are so many secrets and surprises for players to discover in Crow Country when it launches.
