A Week-Long Anniversary Event? In Your cyberpunkdreams
Holy moly! Did you know that it’s been almost a year since I wrote about cyberpunkdreams? And what a different world we live in now. Or do we…?
Anyway, eff the system the right way with this text adventure from Late Night Games. Here, you’re going to make a name for yourself in Cincinnati, circa 2090. As my original news piece quoted, ‘Choices have consequences, the city remembers’.
So, why pull up a game from a year ago that I haven’t played still? Well, cyberpunkdreams‘ first anniversary is significant. In the past year, the devs have fulfilled the following:
- Over 80 updates, ranging from bug fixes and QoL improvements to new storylines, items, mechanics and systems.
- Roughly 400,000 words of new content, taking the total to two million.
- Over 500 new pieces of artwork.
- Several in-game and community events
In addition, there will be a week-long event from the 14th of May where the Sinzil Crimson X will be available for one day only (just over 1,200 players found it since launch). A new story emerges, weapons and more.
In sales, this would be the funnelling part where I tell you how much cyberpunkdreams costs. It’s free-to-play, silly. So, if you haven’t got a ton of games to go through, real-life malarky and imaginary Jedi stuff, check it out. Especially from the 14th of May!
