Daomei Village In Development - Literally. Time To Rebuild

Pixel art fans can start creepily rubbing their thighs as Daomei Village is coming to the PC, and it’s bound to draw a lot of fans of old school RPGs.

Banished by the Emperor and sent to the village in question, you must rebuild it to its former glory. Alas, you lack the tools and manpower to do so. In addition to this restoration project, you have to pay taxes too.

Inspired by Chinese folklore, Daomei Village gives the nod to 90s RPGs and perhaps a little bit of Stardew Valley, too. Essentially, you’ll be building a city using your farming and interpersonal skills.

Currently in development, a demo from Games Incubator is scheduled for some point in 2022, but you know what? Wishlist it on Steam, and you’ll have access to all the news/updates.
