Disney Speedstorm Season 3 Available, Plus Some Significant Updates
Disney Speedstorm Season 3 is here, so too are some tips. Yeah, news articles should be precisely that, but I’m the editor and the author, so I write (ha!) the rules.
The update has been out for a few days, and I’ve already aced the latest chapter. My immediate advice? Level up Jumba, not Stitch. The latter is an epic character with enormous potential, what with their signature, but it’ll take some time to increase their shards. Jumba is easier to level up, plus you can use a special that’ll heatseek those in front. Looking at you, Wazowski. With a ‘Z’.
As you might have guessed, the latest Disney Speedstorm is based on Lilo & Stitch, and there are a good amount of characters to unlock, including:
- Stitch
- Jumba
- Lilo
- Captain Gantu
- Angel
- Minnie Mouse (bonus)
- Daisy Duck (bonus)
There are new tracks, of course, and they’re pretty damn hectic – which is a good thing. But the biggest thing is the change to the menu system and the introduction of a paywall. At the time of writing, Gameloft still offers daily boxes, a generous amount of coins to win and XP, but there’s a link to the store to use real money for in-game money.
Watch this space. Disney Speedstorm is one of my favourite games, and I play religiously every day, but the updates have changed it a tad, so let’s see how this plays out.
