Evil Dead: The Game Release Date Set For May

It’s almost here: Evil Dead: The Game gets a launch date with bonus pre-order Ash Williams outfits? Sign us up! Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games’ title will be coming to PC and consoles.

Paying homage to the benchmark horror series featuring everybody’s favourite chin, players will get to work together as a team of four, including Ash, Kelly Maxwell, Pablo Simon Bolivar, Scotty, Lord Arthur and more. And the Delta…?

You might be reading this as an Evil Dead fan. If that’s the case, you might be pleased to know that there are several special editions on the way. The Deluxe Edition includes Season Pass 1, whereas The Collector’s Edition features the former but has an exclusive in-game skin designed by Tom Savini (you should know who that is), steel case, collectable box, hardcover artbook, original vinyl soundtrack, t-shirt and five art cards.

Additionally, there’s the Ultimate Collector’s Edition that has all of the above plus a full-size replica Evil Dead II Book of the Dead Necronomicon prop. Note these are limited, so check out the link for Boss Team Games if you’re a collector and are made of money.
