Foreclosed Cyberpunk Adventure Set For 2021

An exciting list of games are coming to 2021, Foreclosed being at the forefront: a cyberpunk tale of stolen identity told with a comic book flair.

The more I see cyberpunk titles, the more I realise how much I love the genre. From the likes of The Red Strings Club, NeoCab, Katana Zero or the in-development Vigilance covered on Steamin Windows – there simply isn’t enough to choose from!

With Foreclosed, it’s the cyberpunk genre yet again, only told in the style of a comic book. In the game, you take on a dehumanised corporation that has stolen your identity, inspired by true events that affected the team at Antab Studio.

You play Evan Kapnos who has had his identity pawned off, stripped of all assets which include his credits and implants and must escape the city before everything is auctioned off.

Evan isn’t helpless in his fight as he has access to a pistol with explosive rounds or stealth takedowns, as well as a plethora of super abilities through the use of implants that allow him to deal telekinesis, among other things.

The storytelling is as important as the gameplay, and cutscenes, along with comic book style speech bubbles, are woven into the narrative, that’s smoother than a cashmere codpiece.
