A Non-VR Version Of Garden Of The Sea Is Coming To PC And Switch
First launched as a VR exclusive, Garden of the Sea is coming out later this year in a Steam and Switch non-VR iteration!
hen I saw Garden of the Sea come through, I was reserved in thinking it was a VR exclusive, and without anything to play it on, had to wipe a little tear away. But… Neat Corp’s was initially a VR game that will now come out on non-VR on PC via Steam and the Switch later this year.
In the game, you wake up on a small island in a magical world. Here, you’ll nurture local creatures, grow your garden, upgrade and furnish your home, or even adventure across the seas in search of new resources from a first-person perspective.
Key features include:
- Create raised plant beds, fences, trellises and decor for various veggies and flowers.
- Nurture and care for local creatures by figuring out their favorite foods.
- Go fishing for new friends to hang out in your pond.
- Build and upgrade your house. Decorate and design it to feel like home.
- Cook new dishes with the veggies you have grown yourself!
- Stay up all night.
- Go exploring with your boat!
- Complete quests to unlock new adventures, creatures, and more!
- Encourage your animal friends to make babies (totally safe for work!)
- Find the best spot to meditate for a moment.
- Save your favorite moments with the in-game camera.
The non-VR version of Garden of the Sea is due in Q4 on PC via Steam and the Nintendo Switch.
