Gaucho and the Grassland is a cosy farming sim where you live as a Latin cowboy drinking chimarrão, and exploring nature, all the while restoring your late father's farm back to its former glory.

The inheriting a farm bit is a cliche for first-person simulations, but Epopeia Games' upcoming adventure is far removed from that sort of experience, instead, settling for some gorgeous biomes, day/night cycles with alternating weather, and a sheepdog companion.
