Collateral damage is what we say when pitting oversized brutes against each other in cityscapes in kaiju brawler GigaBash - a 1-4 player co-op coming to PC and consoles this year, with a playable demo available during the Steam Next Fest.
Based on the popular Japanese kaiju movies, up to four players will ‘get it on’ in the violent sense and knock seven bells out of each other. Forget about baseball bats and environmental props like chairs – here you can lob an office building or roll a whole district.
Comparing itself a little to Super Smash Bros, Passion Republic Games, they’re targeting the masses with its Mayhem Mode as gameplay is ‘easy to pick up, fun to watch, and more fun to play’. Quite possibly the best ingredients required for a successful multiplayer game, no?

Gigabash is coming to PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, and the PS4 and PS5 in 2022. The GigaBash demo will be available during the Steam Next Fest and will feature an Online Mode to play against others, too. Deets below.
