Get Into The Mainframe In Hacker Simulator

Get Into The Mainframe In Hacker Simulator
Source: PR

Hollywood would have you believe that hacking is a simple case of slapping the keyboard frantically, then shouting “I’m in the mainframe”, when in reality, it’s not. Pfft! Like I would know anything about hacking. I’d like to change that mindset by playing Hacker Simulator.

From publishers Baked Games S.A. and PlayWay S.A., who know a thing or two about the genre (House Flipper, Cooking Simulator and Car Mechanic Simulator, to name a few), you’ll have the opportunity to build your hacking reputation, using ‘enjoyable version of real-life hacking methods’. Yikes!

Developers Save All Studio have put the emphasis on Hacker Simulator being an ‘inspired by’ title and in no way a realistic simulation. That said, anyone who’s watched Mr Robot and think that all their typing skills may come to fruition (tweeting on social media, writing angry letters to politicians, and running and maintaining a gaming website) can give it a go as it’s available on Steam.

Here’s some of the hacking in action:

Hacker Simulator is out now, and if there’s scope, I’ll aim to cover it at some point and let you know the verdict. In the meantime, check out the Steam page below.
