House Flipper Out In The Summer
Tastes can sometimes be defined by age, but I’ve been interested in the housing market since I was a teen (cool, huh?) and House Flipper has me salivating a bit.
Coming to consoles this summer, House Flipper follows the enviable job of buying up a derelict house, renovating it then selling on for a profit.
Developed by Frozen District and published by Merge Games, House Flipper is a one-man-band situation as you are responsible for everything related to the foundations through to the electrics – a real hands-on experience.
The team at Frozen District has created a phenomenal game in House Flipper. Merge is proud to be bringing the title to retail and are certain it will be a huge hit in its physical forms on console.

Ultimately, this isn’t just a first-person version of The Sims and making a beautiful abode, but to maximise profits.
Features you can expect to see in House Flipper include:
- Buy, repair and remodel devastated houses. Give them a second life and sell them at a profit!
- Hammer, drill, nail and screw things together, and do whatever is necessary to fit, fix or clean up stuff.
- Decorate and furnish interiors with hundreds of unique items.
A collector’s Signature Edition will also be available for pre-order from the 8th of May on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
House Flipper will be coming to the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One in the summer.
