Hunt: Showdown Has A New Quest System

Hunt: Showdown wasn’t for me, but as I’m such a nice guy, I thought I’d post that Crytek has launched a new update (1.8.1) on PC that includes a new quest system.

Get this: you’ll now be able to summon quests so that players can now pinpoint the tasks they want to do. Be it the killing of grunts, locating boss lairs, taking down specific enemies, or finding free Wi-Fi.

There are five quest challenges to choose from in the new Hunt: Showdown update, and each week the best of the best will earn up to 30 stars to unlock a maximum reward of 25 Blood Bonds. If you haven’t played this yet, give it a look. I’m simply not very good at it, but I could happily recommend it.

Hunt is a community-driven game, and this exciting new system will expand and evolve as we progress, shaped by player feedback. We’re also delighted to offer fans the chance to see their idea for a quest implemented in the game. The Hunt community is full of creativity, and we can’t wait to see what ideas players come up with!
