Animal Crossing: New Horizons hasn’t single-handedly changed the perspective of gamers opinions on fishing, but it sure has helped. Isle of Jura is an upcoming fishing title that showcases the relaxing side of the pastime in glorious technicolor.

A fishing trip needn’t be an excuse to get away from one’s better half, but an expedition to discover new species and identify various marine life at a leisurely pace. That’s Alex’s intention. 

A biology student, Alex retreats to the isle of Jura for a spot of exploration, chat with the locals and master fishing. EM Games and Sedoc have bottled the right atmosphere for the game, and we may need to replace Netflix and chill with fish n’ chill. I like that.
