Kayko and Kokosh Heading To The Switch In Early 2022
Kayko and Kokosh may already be a household name for you, but for anyone unfamiliar with the duo, they’ll soon get a speedy introduction courtesy of a new Netflix series on the same name, but more importantly, RedDeer Games’ title.
Written by Polish comic book writer Janusz Christa, the story follows two Slavic warriors whose task is to defend their castle of Mirmilovo from the evil order of Knaveknights. The upcoming game will be written by Magdalena Kucenty, scriptwriter for The Witcher’s Gwent.
A bit like Asterix and Obelix (at a guess), Kayko is the smart one, while Kokosh is the strong, always hungry type, and they’ll get into plenty of scraps with said Knaveknights. With regards to the game, it’ll feature a colouring book, interactive comic and visual novel.
Our mission is clear: to create games that comic book fans will love, but also to present these characters and the universe to a global audience. We believe that Kayko and Koko deserve it.

Kayko and Kokosh is available now on Netflix. I know this as I’ve just watched the first episode and intend to watch it with my family. There are two seasons, but only 15-minute episodes. Swot up now, and by the time you finish, you’ll be ready for the game, due early 2022 on the Nintendo Switch.
