Leisure Suit Larry Wet Dreams Dry Twice aims to get players wet again: through exploring the Kalau’a archipelago in his homemade raft for his last adventure. The title to reveal what a pervert I am, one of my all-time favourite characters that I’ve emulated in life in some way or another, minus the suit is Leisure Suit Larry.
Outside of the classic LucasArts games, I was also a Sierra fan and my first introduction to Larry was Leisure Suit Larry Goes Looking For Love (In Several Wrong Places) with it’s ‘realistic’ graphics.
Getting the horn for a sequel, CrazyBunch, who were behind the rather excellent Leisure Suit Larry Wet Dreams Don’t Dry, and it’s subsequent epilogue are back with Leisure Suit Larry Wet Dreams Dry Twice.
Initially for the PC and Mac, it will undoubtedly have launches for the console market as there’s certainly the demand for point and click adventurers and horndogs alike.
Joining forces with publishers Assemble Entertainment, in Leisure Suit Larry Wet Dreams Dry Twice, ‘try-hard ladies man’ Larry Laffer hunts down Faith – the girl of his dreams from his last (mis)adventure.
Crazybunch did an excellent job repositioning Larry in the modern age while retaining the mostly-SFW humor that’s loved and expected in the series. We can’t wait to see what fans think of Larry’s new soaking wet adventure!CEO Stefan Marcinek, Assemble Entertainment
Already accustomed to exploring remote islands, this time Larry finds himself on the Kalau’a archipelago, battling the buxom natives to find his true love.
Coming (hey, I know how to spell) to Steam via PC and Mac, Leisure Suit Larry Wet Dreams Dry Twice will be available in October, and be assured that I’ll be reviewing it.
