Run A Production From Your Room In Mythbusters: The Game

Mythbusters. Seen it? Not me. I tried the demo a while back, and if you consider me honest, let’s keep the momentum by saying I didn’t really like Mythbusters: The Game. It was hard to get into, plus I had minimal interest in it anyway.

However… the game is launching in a matter of days, and that doesn’t mean it can’t be promoted on this site. Who knows – perhaps you’ll like it and think this bloke’s a chump for not enjoying it. So what eff is it?

Mythbusters: The Game is a game, and it’s a first-person simulator. You’re put into many challenges where you have to design and execute a build that fulfils the brief, plus get involved with all the production aspects of the show. In a fictional environment, you aren’t going to the Discovery channel.

Mythbusters: The Game is published by Movie Games (Lust From Beyond) and PlayWay (Car Detailing Simulator), developed by Byte Barrel, so there’s some quality in there, so worth a look if you have the engineering gene or are a fan of the show. It’ll be on Steam from the 2nd of September.
