Springfox Games have launched a Kickstarter campaign for their upcoming rogue-like deck builder called Nif Nif. With the campaign already underway, the aim is to draw in players of all ages, as the focus here is on cleaning and restoration rather than combat.

Aimed at both parents and kids, the developers have explicitly said that Nif Naf is not an educational game, as fun takes priority. With easy-to-learn mechanics and charming visuals, this family-friendly title is hard to ignore.

Nif Nif Demo - If Pigs Could Fight
When a forest is polluted by goo, adventurous piglet Nif Nif sets out to clean up the area in this family-friendly rogue-like deck-builder currently in a Kickstarter campaign.
There is nothing much for children in the deck building genre. We wanted to create a game that everyone could enjoy, regardless of age or gaming experience... By focusing on a positive and non-violent theme, we hope to introduce a new generation of players to the joys of strategic gameplay. Masha Mallet, Game Director at Springfox Games

Key features include:

  • A cozy rogue-like deckbuilder: Clean up the forest, rescue animals, collect powerful cards and refine your deck to master the game's challenges.
