One Piece Odyssey Sets Sail This Year

25 years old, One Piece gets a new game, courtesy of Bandai Namco: One Piece Odyssey. It’s a new RPG featuring ‘all-new gameplay’ and an original story, under guidance from Eiichiro Oda.

This time around, we follow the Straw Hats battle it out against powerful enemies in a turn-based environment. Nine characters are playable:

• Monkey D. Luffy
• Roronoa Zoro
• Nami
• Franky
• Sanji
• Usopp
• Nico Robin
• TonyTony Chopper
• Brook

Who’s your favourite? I don’t care. Interestingly, there’s a new character in One Piece Odyssey called Aido, and he’ll be joining the Straw Hats on their adventure.

We have been teaming up with ILCA Inc. and have been working hard in collaboration with Eiichiro Oda to create a great adventure drama that touches the world of ONE PIECE in a game that we hope will surpass players expectations.
