The prospect of cutting grass with a katana, rather than an intermittent strimmer, is undeniably more appealing. We owe this unique experience to Pyramid Games and PlayWay, the creators of Overgrown Cleaner. Thank you for this innovative and diverse toolset. Thank you.
Even before reading the press material stating 'satisfying simulator', it was already experienced. Cutting, cleaning, mowing and chopping through overgrown areas sounds so incredibly sad, but often the highlight in all of these 'your grandfather has died and left you their business' simulators.
In Overgrown Cleaner, forgotten gardens are just the beginning as you experiment with a diverse toolset and experience even more unique locations such as skateparks, playgrounds and military training grounds. The devs know a thing or two about the genre, having made Castle Flipper, among others.
An Overgrown Cleaner release date has yet to be announced, but be assured there'll be a demo soon. Perhaps? In the meantime, add it to your radar/wishlist it on Steam.
