Planet Of Lana Reveal Trailer, Stunning Adventure Coming Late 2022
The Planet Of Lana reveal trailer was this first thing in the inbox this morning, and what a kickstart to Friday it has been. This upcoming adventure looks stunning.
Developed by Wishfully Studios and published by Thunderful (Say No! More), this cinematic puzzle adventure has just been announced at the Summer Game Fest.
With hand-painted artwork, Planet Of Lana is ‘an off-world odyssey unlike anything seen before’. You play as Lana, accompanied by her animal friend Mui, to save her sister. Depicted in a side-scrolling environment, there will be plenty of puzzle sequences, platforming action and a companion mechanic that connects Lana and Mui to use their abilities in unison.
Immediate comparisons would be Inside and perhaps Ori And The Blind Forest, with a world-class visual style that begs to be seen. Especially as it’ll be depicted in 4K on the higher-spec systems.
