We all need a good old fashioned dog fight, right? Red Wings American Aces looks like a fun arcade future, featuring the warplanes of yesteryear. It doesn’t look like the Spitfire will feature here, though.

From All in! Games (who are publishing some real corkers of late – Chernobylite, Arboria, Fort Triumph…) who put this together with their in-house development team, you’ll get to fly some nostalgic planes in a comic-book aesthetic, but in a combat scenario.
Red Wings American Aces allow players to go solo, local co-op or online multiplayer to form a squadron to go toe-to-toe with the enemy. A note on the solo experience though; there’s a campaign mode with 30 missions. Flying solo is still a thing. Phew!
We have high hopes for this title as there’s currently no other arcade aerial combat game on the market that offers both local and online PvP and co-op—it’s the perfect niche for Red Wings: American Aces to fill.

- Fly online – Test your skills against a max of 9 other players in Last Man Standing, Score Battle, or Time Battle modes or gather your squad of up to 5 pilots and battle other squads in Elimination, Time Team Battle, or Score Team Battle modes
