Redout 2, Redline, Seeing Red, You Got Red On You

Believe it or not, I don’t know everything – it’s true! When I saw an overview trailer for Redout 2 I got confused: an anti-gravity racer? Wasn’t it an on-rails shooter set in space? Yes, and yes. Additionally, I already wrote about this a while back. Silly me.

In fear of contradicting myself, I’m not the biggest fan of these types of racers. Phaseshift is an exception. From 34BigThings and Saber Interactive, Redout 2 is a solo and multiplayer experience boasting 36 unique tracks, doubling up to a massive 72 (reverse versions). Wait: there’s no combat? I like this more and more.
