Rock of Ages 3 Make and Break Rolls Into Action In August
Rock on – Rock of Ages 3 Make and Break is coming to PC and major consoles this August.
Already on the third instalment, I still haven’t played the previous versions of this Terry Gilliam inspired mayhem title. Just watching the trailer makes me want to shoehorn this into my review schedule.
From Modus Games, Rock of Ages 3 Make and Break is a game of creation and destruction…rolled into one. The creative element comes from the stage creator, brand new to the series.
Developers ACE Team and Giant Monkey Robot (great name) are launching the game on PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and the Xbox One.
The original gameplay elements remain, such as the tower defence mechanics, madcap characters and surreal artwork, plus some new game modes.
- Humpty Dumpty has you delivering the infamous egg to the finish line without him cracking under pressure.
- Avalanche mode is a tower defence focus where you have to build a line of defence to counter the endless angry boulders.
There are 20 different boulders in the game, and with the infinite player-created locales, there’s more replay value here than you can throw a boulder at.
