Skater XL Grinding Towards A July Release
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater is synonymous with the gaming world, but there have been a fair few titles that have entered the market and worthy of your time – Skater XL is one of those.
On that TH note, Skater XL, from Easy Day Studios, is the first skateboarding game for all major platforms in over ten years!
In the game, you get to play as such icons as Tiago Lemos or Evan Smith, but also you can opt for a HUGE selection of apparel from licenced brands.
For example:
- New Balance – Numeric Shoes and Apparel
- Etnies – Footwear and Apparel
- Enjoi – Skateboards and Apparel
- Blind – Skateboards and Apparel
- Almost – Skateboards and Apparel
- DC Shoes – Footwear and Apparel
- Santa Cruz Skateboards – Decks
- Vans – Shoes
Bear in mind that the above is a very small selection – there’s more to come in the game, launched on consoles this summer.
More significant is the inclusion of over 60 real skate spots located throughout California – if you’re a resident, you might be able to see your local haunts.
Skater XL isn’t just about creativity in the air or when grinding, but also in the community-led maps, digital skate ezines, highlight reels and tournaments.
