Aside from the Rain On Your Parade release date, I can’t think of any better news than Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder’s Revenge getting a release from Dotemu and Tribute Games.

If you want an origins story for TMNT, forget it, but the fact that Dotemu is behind it, having been part of the team that released Streets of Rage 4, things couldn’t be better.

Coming to PC and consoles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder’s Revenge is a side-scrolling beat ’em up inspired by the likes of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles In Time

In this iteration, it’s the 1987 aesthetic that took the world by storm, well, at least for us kids. But perhaps a further announcement that makes this sheer euphoria, Mike Patton does the theme. Stating that he’s my all-time favourite singer is meaningless, so let’s say he was the frontman for Faith No More, Tomahawk, Fantomas.. the list goes on.

Anyway, taking place in New York City through to Dimension X, we’ll get to fight it out against the Foot Clan, Bebop and Rocksteady, among others, and of course, the almighty Shredder.

No release date has been set for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder’s Revenge, but it’ll be coming to PC and consoles. For now, you can wishlist it on Steam and get notifications accordingly.
