The Company Man Switch version is now a reality as developers Forust and publishers Leoful has released it into the wild today.

Launched back at the height of pandemic madness, you play as Jim – a recruit at Good Water Company. He swiftly climbs the ranks and sees the workplace hierarchy in all its ‘glory’ as he travels through Customer Services to the luxury suites of the Marketing team.

The Company Man is a cartoon-like side-scrolling platformer, and aside from being rather striking in terms of illustrations and animation, the humour is on par. I mentioned in my review (you won’t find it now as the more well-known sites have knocked mine off the perch), the dev team clearly have done their research (served their time in the pits of corporate life).

Here’s the latest trailer:

Honestly, go check this out if you like platformers with a sense of humour. I played this back on Steam, but I have to say that the Switch version would be my preference. Especially as there’s a 10% discount until the end of the month.

Get back to work, slacker.
