The Last Kids On Earth And The Staff Of Doom might be a familiar IP if you’ve read the books or watch the Atomic Cartoons show; for everyone else, this new release is a kid-friendly zombie action game.

Out now on PC and consoles, the zombie apocalypse is nigh, and you have to fend off against the undead with friends and family by searching for the ultra-powerful Staff of Doom. Not the Stick of Truth.

Play as one of four main characters in a standalone story that complements the series; players can drop in and out of The Last Kids On Earth And The Staff Of Doom and play offline and in couch co-op for up to four players. Later there will be a patch for online play.

 In short, you have to beat Malondre, the Queen of the Slime Monsters as she seeks too summon Rezzoch, the Ancient Destructor of Worlds. Set in Wakefield, anyone familiar with the characters will be in their element.

We’ve had the best time working with author Max Brallier and Atomic Cartoons on transporting the amazing characters from the books and TV into an action-packed zombie adventure that’s fun for all the family.
