There’s a shakeup in the force charts, as an unexpected entry from a game with very little hype hits the big time: The Last of Us Part II.

The internet is a bit of a mind field with spoilers for the game, despite Naughty Dog asking that they aren’t revealed, some folk think it’s cool that they have ‘the exclusive’ and ruin it for everyone else when they don’t mark ‘spoiler’.

Personally, I’ve been too engaged with levelling up Cloud and crew in Final Fantasy VII Remake, scaring myself silly with The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters, plus a few other games due a review soon to be concerned with the charts.

Ring Fit Adventure still commands the silver spot in the charts and continues to command the same premium prices that are popping up all over auction sites and Gumtree equivalents.

You could, of course, go outside for free.

For all the people who haven’t already purchased FIFA 20 (me), there’s a new football game in town which will be reviewed here later today or tomorrow; Super Soccer Blast. An arcade approach that is no-nonsense and gets on with the beautiful game, but will it contend with the EA giant?

If football’s not your thing, perhaps you could give Behold the Kickmen a go? It’s a more cynical approach with a marvellous sense of humour. I’ve been doing some goals and taking my team to great heights – the review to follow.

Pokémon Sword/Shield jumps back into the top ten of the charts, no doubt due to the DLC. I got this for my daughter a while ago, and she recently finished the main story but nowhere near has the amount of Pokémon I have. In contrast, I’m probably only a third into the game, but been milking it.

Another entry that climbs into the top ten once more and climbs the charts by a few places is Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Maybe folk are getting excited about the new Star Wars Squadrons? I’ve already had a look at the cinematic for it, and a news piece is scheduled later in the week. As a non-Star Wars fan, it looks ace.

Predictions for next week? The charts might start to go a little all over the place as more and more people return to the High Street, looking for some bargains. Whether the likes of Game will be dropping prices to make up for the shortfall is unlikely, but a girl can dream.
