The Rewinder - When The Crowd Say Bo Selecta
A fan of puzzle games? How about Chinese mythology? Boom! The Rewinder was made just for you (and perhaps me as well), and it’s coming to Steam in September.

- Blood Hunting Is Dark And Dangerous, This Summer On PS5
- Age of Defense Review: This Takes Ages
Developed by Misty Mountain Studio and published by Gamera Game, the game is inspired by Chinese folklore, using pixel art to ‘mimic the aesthetics of Chinese ink paintings’.
As Qi Yun, the Rewinder of the title, you’re able to enter people’s memories and influence their actions. Following a peculiar case of disappearances and deaths in a small village, the guards of the underworld task you with investigating further.
Here’s an announcement trailer:
The Rewinder is set for Steam on the 13th of September. Wishlist it using the link below – there’s a playable demo at the time of writing, too. No, Steam doesn’t do affiliates; I’m just nice.
