The Wreck Is A 3D Novel Heading To Steam In 2022

The events in The Wreck aren’t exactly uplifting, but the concept, storytelling and art style are superb. Yes, just from the trailer and a review of the themes, this is easily one for the wishlist.

From The Pixel Hunt, behind the Bafta-nominated Bury Me, My Love, this 3D visual novel follows sisterhood, motherhood, grief and survival. The protagonist, Junon, is a failed screenwriter who attempts to ‘make it through the most pivotal day in her life’.

Covering her track in the past, the present and the future, Junon may be able to change her fate, which, based on a bit of speculation, isn’t going so well. This looks wonderful on so many levels.
