This recent influx of chill city builders really is welcome right now, and before the genre gets tired, Tom Daly (not the diver – different spelling) and indie publisher Future Friends (check out Summerhouse and Gourdlets) have revealed lo-fi builder: Tranquil Isle.

Here’s the twist: Tranquil Isle may be a lo-fi experience set on ‘sunkissed shores’, but it also masquerades as a rogue-lite. Balance your population, materials and knowledge in this challenge mode, or chillax in the ‘no restrictions’ sandbox mode.
