Underground Garage Rises To The Surface This Month

Four years ago, I wrote about an upcoming game by Bearded Brothers, Underground Garage, and was genuinely excited to see this Need For Speed meets Car Mechanic Simulator title heading to Steam. Well, it's becoming a reality as the game launches on Early Access this month.

Unlike many other simulators where the protagonist inherits a business from a grandfather, you and your colleague Deb have to restore a garage to its former glory, and ascertain what happened to its owner after alledgedly being linked to illegal racing and smuggling.

In Underground Garage, you will scavenge the junkyard for parts to customise vehicles and then fine-tune them to race in an open-world city, completing quests, taking part in time attacks, and building the bigger picture of its underlying story. As well as multiplayer options, the game also boasts countless customations such as colour options, stickers and decals to decorate your car.
