Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodhunt Will Be Free To Play
The PlayStation Showcase wasn’t just about big titles that’ll probably cost £/$/€ 100 for a digital edition – some are free to play, like Bloodhunt – a third-person battle royale set in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe.

Set in Old Town Prague, you have to battle it out with the vampire factions, and a group hunting them down called The Entity. There are three factions on offer: the socialites Toreador, brutish Brujah, and the stealth-like Nosferatu – all with their own abilities, but all very capable of scaling buildings and launching an attack from practically all anywhere.
But the best thing about Sharkmob’s game is customisation. Ok, that’s a real fickle excuse, but a quick peek at the trailer shows some of the options on offer, and the game will implement a Battle Pass system, similar to Fortnite, but… good. Yeah, I’m not a big fan of that game.
The PS5 version will use the DualSense controller, run at 60fos, and due to the built-in SSD, the textures of this beautiful city will load up super-duper quick.
