What a ridiculous set-up Vampire Therapist is: a vampire cowboy looking for meaning in his immortality learns about himself with the assistance of a 3,000-year-old therapist named Andromachos – a reformed warrior and assassin. Why, then, does it look/sound so good?
The ‘sound’ bit might come from the person who voices Sam, Cyrus Nemati (Hades), though I’m picking at the real-life therapy techniques portrayed, as supported by licensed therapists, to give the game ‘an authentic message’.
