Did you get around to watching Willy’s Wonderland yet? I finally got around to it earlier this year and to be honest, you’re not missing much other than Nic Cage paying off his mortage(s). With that in mind, the upcoming fighting game looks waaaaay better.
From Mito Games and QUByte Interactive, not only do you get to play as The Janitor, but as Liv too, in this 2.5D beat ’em up where you punch the crap out of killer animatronics that have come to life and go on a murderous rampage.
‘Cult favourites’ return as you’ll take on Tito Turtle, Siren Sara, Arty Alligator, Cammy Chameleon, Willy Weasel and more in Willy’s Wonderland – The Game. Play in co-op mode and whip up some combos to rid the world of Willy and his chums. Key features include:
- Fight against hordes of enemies in “2.5D retro beat ’em up” style inspired by the classics of the genre;
- Go through Willy’s Wonderland themed stages;
- Two characters to choose from;
- Make use of special techniques and powerful abilities;
- Defeat multiple waves of enemies, as well as threatening bosses in each level;
- Local cooperative mode for two players.
Willy’s Wonderland – The Game is out this week – the 13th of June 2024, to be exact, and you’ll be able to play it on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and VHS.
